Terms of Use

This acceptable use policy covers the products, services, and technologies (collectively, the "Products") provided by Blog do Henrique under any ongoing agreement. It is designed to protect us, our customers, and the wider internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activities.

Customers of Blog do Henrique found to be engaging in activities prohibited by this acceptable use policy may be held liable for suspension of service and account termination. In extreme cases, we may be legally required to report these customers to the appropriate authorities.

Fair use

We provide our facilities with the assumption that their use will be "business as usual", according to our offering schedule. If your usage is deemed excessive, additional fees may be charged or capacity may be restricted.

We oppose all forms of abuse, discrimination, violation of rights, and/or any action that harms or harms any group, individual, or resource. We expect our customers and, where applicable, their users ("end users") to also engage with our products with similar intentions.

Customer responsibility

We hold our customers responsible for their own actions, as well as the actions of anyone who uses our products with the customer's permission. This liability also applies to anyone who uses our products in an unauthorized manner as a result of the customer's failure to take reasonable safety measures.

By accepting our products, our customers agree to ensure compliance with this policy on behalf of anyone who uses the products as their end users. Complaints related to the actions of customers or their end users will be directed to the contact indicated for the account in question.

If a customer – or its end-user or anyone using our products as a result of the customer – violates our acceptable use policy, we reserve the right to terminate any products associated with the offending account or the account itself or take any corrective or preventive action we deem appropriate, without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, no credit will be available for service interruptions resulting from any violation of our acceptable use policy.

Prohibited activity

Copyright Infringement and Access to Unauthorized Material

Our products must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store any material that violates any applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. any material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and
2. Any material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

You are solely responsible for all material you input, upload, disseminate, transmit, create, or publish through our Products and for obtaining legal permission to use any works included in such material.

SPAM and Unauthorized Message Activity

Our products must not be used for the purpose of sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages that violate the laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction ("spam"). This includes, but is not limited to, sending spam, soliciting clients from spam sent from other service providers, and collecting responses to spam sent from other service providers.

Our products should not be used for the purpose of sending unconfirmed mailing lists or lists of phone numbers ("message lists"). This includes, but is not limited to, subscribing email addresses or phone numbers to any mailing list without the permission of the owner of the email address or phone number and storing all email addresses or phone numbers subscribed in this way. All message lists run or hosted by our Products must have "confirmed acceptance". Verification of the express permission of the owner of the address or phone number must be available for the lifetime of the message list.

We prohibit the use of email lists, phone number lists, or databases purchased from third parties for the purpose of listing unconfirmed messages or spamming our products.

This Spam and Unauthorized Messaging Activity Policy applies to messages sent using our products, or to messages sent from any network by the customer or anyone on behalf of the customer, which directly or indirectly refer the recipient to a website hosted through our products.

Unethical, exploitative, and malicious activities

Our products must not be used for the purpose of advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service designed to violate this acceptable use policy or the acceptable use policy of other service providers. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating the means of sending spam and initiating network detection, ping, packet forgery, flooding, mail bombardment, and denial-of-service attacks.

Our products should not be used to access any account or electronic resource where the group or individual attempting to gain access does not own or is not authorized to access the resource (e.g., "hacking," "cracking," "phreaking," etc.).

Our products must not be used for the purpose of intentional or reckless introduction of viruses or malicious code into our products and systems.

Our products should not be used for purposeful engagement in activities intended to harass another group or individual. Our definition of harassment includes, but is not limited to, denial-of-service attacks, hate speech, advocacy of racial or ethnic bigotry, and any activity designed to threaten, abuse, infringe on the rights of, or discriminate against any group or individual.

Other activities considered unethical, exploitative, and malicious include:

1. Obtain (or attempt to obtain) services from us with the intent of avoiding payment;
2. Use our facilities to obtain (or attempt to obtain) services from another provider with the intention of avoiding payment;
3. The unauthorized access, alteration or destruction (or any attempt whatsoever) of any information about our customers or end users, by any means or device;
4. Use our facilities to interfere with the use of our facilities and network by other customers or authorized individuals;
5. Post or transmit any linked content that incites violence, depicts a violent act, depicts child pornography, or threatens anyone's health and safety;
6. Any act or omission that violates consumer protection laws and regulations;
7. Any violation of a person's privacy.

Our products may not be used by any person or entity involved in or suspected of engaging in illegal gambling-related activities or causes; terrorism; narcotics trafficking; arms trafficking or proliferation, development, design, manufacture, production, stockpiling or use of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, weapons of mass destruction or missiles; in each case, including any affiliation with third parties that support the above activities or causes.

Unauthorized use of property of Blog do Henrique

We prohibit impersonating Blog do Henrique, impersonating Blog do Henrique, impersonating a significant business relationship with Blog do Henrique, or owning any property of Blog do Henrique (including our products and brand) for the purpose of fraudulently obtaining service, customization, sponsorship, or user trust.

About this policy

This policy describes a non-exclusive list of activities and intents that we consider unacceptable and incompatible with our brand.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time by posting the revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective from the previous one:

• the date the customer uses our products after the revised version has been published on our website; or
• 30 days after the publication of the revised version on our website.
